Che-Yuan Liang is Professor of Economics at Uppsala University and at the Institute for Housing and Urban Research (IBF). He is also affiliated to the Urban Lab and the Uppsala Center for Fiscal Studies (UCFS). 

His research interests span urban, housing, public, and labour economics.
