48 Boulevard Jourdan (Paris School of Economics), 75014, ParisSarah Auster is Professor of Economics at the University of Bonn's Institute for Microeconomics. She is also affiliated to Bonn's ECONtribute and a Research Fellow at the Centre for Economic Policy Research (CEPR). Among her editorial duties, she is Associate Editor at Theoretical Economics and at the Journal of Mathematical Economics.
Her research fields are in Decision Theory, Information Economics, Bounded Rationality, and Dynamic Decision Problems. In 2022 she became a Co-PI at Bonn-Mannheim's Collaborative Research Center (CRC) TR 224 Economic Perspectives on Societal Challenges: Equality of Opportunity, Market Regulation, and Financial Stability. And she has just been awarded a prestigious European Research Council (ERC) Starting Grant for her 5-year project Information Economics With Fundamental Uncertainty: Robustness, Commitment, and Strategic Incentives.
She will present a paper, joint with Yeon-Koo Che, at our next Roy-ADRES Seminar on the topic:
