48 Boulevard Jourdan (Paris School of Economics), 75014, ParisKfir Eliaz is the Amnon Ben-Natan Professor of Economics and Chair of the Eitan Berglas School of Economics at Tel Aviv University. He is also a Research Fellow at the Centre for Economic Policy Research (CEPR). He is currently Associate Editor of the Journal of Economic Theory, and until 2024, of Theoretical Economics and of Games and Economic Behavior.
His research interest focuses on questions of bounded reality. He publishes regularly in the top-tier international journals and his research has received substantial support from the National Science Foundation (NSF), the US-Israel Binational Foundation and the Israel Science Foundation. He is currently working on a 3-year project supported by the latter on The Media as a Source of Narratives & Information. He is the laureate of the Landau Prize in Arts & Sciences (2023) and of the Kadar Family Award for Outstanding Research (2015).
