Portrait of Manolis Chatzikonstantinou

Emmanouil (Manolis) Chatzikonstantinou is Assistant Professor of International Economics at Georgetown University in Qatar.  

His research interests lie in the fields of labour economics, innovation, and international finance. His current research focuses on the local determinants of new skills, and firm-level digital and AI adoption. In the field of international trade, he studies exporter growth and the formation of new relationships; and firm adjustment to trade and geopolitical frictions. He is co-author of Transitional Dynamics in Aggregate Models of Innovative Investment (2019) published in the Annual Review of Economics.
