Portrait of Johanna Rickne

Johanna Rickne is Professor of Economics at the Swedish Institute for Social Research at Stockholm University.  She is also a Research Fellow at the Centre for Economic Policy Research (CEPR), a Wallenberg Academy Fellow, and an affiliated researcher at the Institute of Labor Economics (IZA) and an Affiliated Researcher at the Stockholm China Economic Research Center. 

Her research studies labour economics, political economics, and gender economics. in 2023, she was awarded a prestigious European Research Council (ERC) “Consolidator” grant for her project Research Program on Sexual Harassment Prevention (RE-SHAPE).
