Andrès Erosa is Full Professor at the Universidad Carlos III de Madrid (uc3m), where he was also the Director of the PhD programme from 2014 until 2019.
Andrés Erosa's research interests cover a set of fields in the broad area of Macroeconomics. His research papers are published in leading international academic journals such as the Journal of Political Economy, the Review of Economic Studies, the Journal of Monetary Economics, and the American Economic Journal: Macroeconomics. He recently completed a project on the heterogeneous impact of financial frictions, public policies, and trade that was awarded by the Spanish Agencia Estatal de Investigación (AEI).
He will present a paper, joint with Luisa Fuster, Gueorgui Kambourov, and Richard Rogerson, at the next Macroeconomics Seminar on the topic:

The next Macroeconomics Seminar will host Dirk Krueger (University of Pennsylvania) on March 11th.
