Pauline Madiès is a PhD Candidate in Economics at Sciences Po working on a thesis entitled Gender Segregation in the Labour Market, under the supervision of Jeanne Hagenbach and Jose de Sousa (Paris 2 Panthéon-Assas). She is also a Research Affiliate at Sciences Po's LIEPP.

Her research interests lie at the intersection of Labour and Behavioural Economics, with a focus on gender topics.

Eulalie Saïsset is a PhD Candidate in Economics at Sciences Po working on a thesis entitled A Fair Share of Land: No Net Land Take and the Quest for Equity in Soil Conservation, under the supervision of Lucas Chancel and Harold Levrel (CIRED). 

Her research interests lie at the intersection between environmental justice, land economics and biodiversity conservation.
