28 rue des Saints-Pères, 75007, ParisFelipe Lauritzen is a PhD Candidate at Sciences Po working on a thesis entitled Essays in Political Economics: Democracy Representation and Inequalities, under the supervision of Julia Cagé. He is currently visiting at Columbia University sponsored by Professor Andrea Prat.
He is also an affiliated researcher with the National Observatory of Women in Politics of the Brazilian Chamber of Deputies and in the CEPR Media Plurality Research and Policy Network (RPN).
His research interests lie in Political Economy and Development Economics, particularly exploring how democracy, inequality, and media intertwine.
He will present a paper at the next Friday Seminar on the topic:

Venance Riblier is a PhD Candidate in Economics at Sciences Po working on a thesis entitled Essays on Sovereign Debt under the supervision of Nicolas Cœurdacier. He is also a PhD student at the University of California at Berkeley (UC Berkeley) since 2023 as well as a Graduate Fellow at the Clausen Center for the academic year 2024-2025.
He is a macroeconomist, using both theory and empirics to address questions such as fiscal policy and public debt. His research also aims at understanding the sources of business cycles fluctuations or inflation.
He will also present a paper at the next Friday Seminar on the topic:
