Portrait of Celine Harion Zipfel

Céline Harion Zipfel is Assistant Professor at the Stockholm School of Economics (SSE). She is also an Affiliated Researcher of SSE's House of Sustainable Society (HoSS) and of the ROCKWOOL Foundation Berlin (RFBerlin), as well as Invited Researcher at the Abdul Latif Jameel Poverty Action Lab (J-PAL).

Her research interests are in development, labour and family economics. She has been the recipient of a number of research grants - in 2025 she and her co-principal investigators received a significant grant from the Ragnar Söderbergs Stiftelse, a foundation that supports young researchers, and another from the Royal Swedish Academy of Sciences.
