Workspaces on Paris campus
In the library and throughout the Paris campus.
In addition to the Sunday openings, and to give you greater flexibility during the revision period, booking arrangements will be temporarily adjusted.
From 9 November to 13 December inclusive, additional spaces will be subject to booking:
- Floors 4 and 5 of the Saint-Guillaume Library
- The silent study area (wooden tables) in the Saint-Thomas Library
During this period, a daily booking limit of 6 hours per person will apply. These 6 hours may be split across multiple reservations.
During this busy period, a few simple steps will help ensure that everyone can enjoy a quiet and pleasant study environment:
- Book only the time you need. Please avoid reserving a desk for the entire day unless necessary, as this prevents others from using available spaces.
- Use the desk assigned to you when making your reservation. If you encounter any issues, please ask a member of library staff for assistance.
- If you leave earlier than planned, please release your booking by scanning the QR code displayed on your desk so that another user can benefit from the space, or inform a member of staff.
- Please take a moment to read the terms and conditions of library bookable spaces.
Library workspaces
Library seating is free, with the exception of :
- The 5th floor of the Saint-Guillaume library.
At the Saint-Guillaume library, on the ground floor, 2 accessible tables are equipped with height-adjustable tables. They are designed primarily for people with disabilities.
At the Saint-Thomas library, 6 accessible tables are equipped with height-adjustable tables, suitable for people with disabilities.
Research students and researchers have access to a research library offering 50 seats.
Seats subject to booking are those of :
- The 5th floors of the Saint-Guillaume Library.

The Saint-Guillaume library has 4 group study rooms on the 1st and 4th floors. They can be booked in advance. They can accommodate 2 to 6 people and are accessible to people with disabilities.

One soundproof room is in the ground floor at Saint-Guillaume library.
Two soundproofed rooms are located in the lobby near the Saint-Thomas library.
