Undergraduate Admissions for applicants from the Foreign secondary schools: Language proficiency requirements

Section #intro

The main working languages in our undergraduate programmes are French and/or English. A good academic experience depends, among other things, on students' ability to follow the courses offered without difficulties related to mastery of the two languages of instruction.

It is your responsibility to take good notice about the working languages of the programmes you are applying to.

Attaching proof of language proficiency (such as language tests) at the time of application is entirely optional. You must, however, ensure that your language skills match the requirements of the programmes you are applying to (cf. information below) , and that you would be able to follow demanding coursework in these languages should you be admitted.

During the interview, candidates will be tested on their language proficiency (based on the programmes they are applying to).

Should the level be insufficient , the interview panel reserves the right to issue a negative opinion which the selection committee will take into account when assigning the admitted candidate to one of the two chosen programmes.

The language requirements for each programme are listed below.
