No, please never send any original document by mail. You must attach all the required documents (in PDF) directly to your online application along with their translation if necessary.
However, please note that, upon admission, the registrar may require to check the original documents in person.

In the Academic background section, you are required to enter your exact cumulative/final grade average for each university degree (Bachelor and Master level if adequate) in the dedicated box.
If your degree is still in progress, please enter the average obtained to this date.
