To apply for the Emile Boutmy scholarship you must indicate so in the "Financial Information" section of the Sciences Po application form and provide the required documents by the specific deadline.

Applications for a scholarship will only be considered if the entire application file is properly submitted with all supporting documents (including the required language tests) by the scholarship deadline.

If you do not have a credit card, you can use someone else's card or ask for Sciences Po's bank details and make a transfer. If you have a bank account in France, you can also pay by cheque. Before making a transfer or sending a cheque, please contact us
