The Sciences Po library's central function is to provide services to users. We offer rapid and easy access to a comprehensive range of reliable information allowing you to take full advantage of our valuable print and digital holdings.
Library staff in the reading rooms will inform and guide you while the reference librarian desk can assist with document search at any time.
We can organise visits and training sessions on demand, in English and French, to help you make the best use of the resources that interest you.
Almost all our documents can be borrowed: automatic lending machines are available for books and journals on open stacks and you can apply to the lending counter for documents kept in storage. If you need a book or an article that is not included in our holdings or is not available in the Paris region, we can obtain it for you through the inter-library lending system.
Many library services can be accessed off-campus and outside library opening hours: library users can access 15,500 journals and almost all our databases. We answer any questions you ask us online and you will find a multitude of high-quality documentary products available to all, free, on our website!
