With student numbers steadily rising, Sciences Po is increasing its staff to support this growth. Sciences Po has expanded rapidly in recent years. It now employs 900 people. Most of them work at the Paris site or the regional campuses.

As a teaching and research establishment, Sciences Po obviously recruits staff with skills in the fields of education (initial and continuing), documentation, publishing and research; it also hires support staff working in a variety of areas such as communications, facility management, IT, Human Resources and finance.
