Our students immersed in the culinary arts and luxury hospitality industries

The students of the Master in Marketing and Society and the Master in Marketing: New Luxury and Art de Vivre had the opportunity to participate in an afternoon of immersion in the École Ducasse. A great program, concocted by their teams. >We will soon meet their students in our offices for an immersive afternoon.

Brief summary of this experience in the French art of living thanks to two exceptional workshops.

Chantal Wittmann introduced us to arts de la table and gastronomy with her immense expertise and all her passion, but also with so much grace and humor. We liked the idea that the white tablecloth is the page on which guests write part of their story, and that each table is like a little theater stage. We were able to admire her collection of silverware with original and precise uses sometimes hard to guess.

We learned too about wine tasting thanks to a fantastic, very educational, and instructive workshop with Fabrice FORGET who made us smell and guess the flavors of wine and shared his knowledge and his pleasure of French wines with us.
