Gender equality in business : where do we stand in 2021? (March 3rd)

The Groupe Femme et Société from Sciences Po Alumni invites you to a conference to discuss gender equality in companies: where are we in 2021? How has the Covid crisis had an impact on this issue?

The exchange will take place in two parts:

• Initially the guests will exchange on Covid-19 and its consequences on the situation of women in companies : telecommuting and mental burden, economic uncertainty and its repercussions for women.
• In the second part, the guests will discuss the evolution of gender equality in companies over the last 15 years: progress and prospects.
