EXPENSYA: a new tool for expense reports
EXPENSYA: A NEW TOOL FOR EXPENSE REPORTS
Since February 2026, Sciences Po has been using Expensya, a new solution dedicated to managing expense reports, deployed with the support of the Finance Department and the Digital Department.
- Accessible from a computer and mobile app, the tool allows users to enter their expenses, scan their receipts and submit their expense reports in just a few clicks.
- Receipts can be scanned directly from the app and automatically linked to expenses with pre-entered information.
- Expensya also facilitates the tracking and validation of expense reports, thanks to a more streamlined approval process and better traceability of expenses.
Now, all information is centralised in a single environment, simplifying the process for users and improving processing times.

- more than 23,000 people involved in expense report management (employees, researchers, temporary workers, students, etc.)
- more than 5,000 expense reports processed each year
- more than 30,000 receipts managed annually
- more than 400 validators involved in the approval process
- several dozen hours of workshops and tests conducted with departments prior to deployment
Sciences Po is continuing to modernise its administrative tools to make the management of professional expenses simpler, faster and more reliable.
