Bio :

Clément Malgouyres is a research economist in the Division for Microeconomic and Structural Studies at Banque de France. His empirical work has mainly focused on the effects of globalization on labor market as well electoral behaviors, the evaluation of fiscal incentives using administrative data, and the estimation of neighborhood effects. His research has been published in several peer-reviewed journals such as Revue économique, Journal of Regional Science and Journal of Human Resources. He teaches Public Economics at Sciences Po. He received his doctorate in economics from the European University Institute in Florence in 2016.
