Biography
Valéry Ridde is Director of Research at CEPED (http://www.ceped.org), a joint research unit of the University of Paris and the Institut de recherche pour le développement (IRD). He has been an associate professor at the School of Public Health of the University of Montreal. He is currently based at the Institute of Health and Development (ISED) at Cheikh Anta Diop University in Dakar, Senegal. His research and evaluation work focuses on universal health coverage, health services financing, program evaluation, public health policy and health promotion.
