Each year, the Sciences Po Undergraduate College and Gender Studies Programme allow bachelor’s students to enhance and demonstrate their skills on issues related to gender by awarding a Certification in Gender and Equality.

In 2025, 71 undergraduate students received this Certification alongside their bachelor's degree. On 7 October 2025, these recipients from the Dijon, Le Havre, Menton, Nancy, Paris, Poitiers and Reims campuses gathered at the 27, rue Saint-Guillaume to receive their Certifications from Jeanne Lazarus, Dean of the Undergraduate College, and Hélène Périvier, Director of the Gender Studies Programme.

At the end of their studies, these young graduates had completed a Capstone Project: an analytical paper on a subject of their choice.

The Certification in Gender and Equality pathway is open to all Undergraduate College students, regardless of their programme, major, or specialisation. It combines courses in gender studies, the Civic Learning Programme, and the Capstone Project.

At master's level, students can continue by obtaining the Advanced Certification in Gender Studies.
