The rapidly evolving landscape of artificial intelligence (AI) presents unique challenges to the traditional realms of intellectual property (IP). This workshop aims to delve deep into these challenges, particularly from the perspective of users and deployers (or operators) of AI systems, with a special emphasis on perspectives from the Global South, or from digital economies that are primarily not characterized as developers of AI systems.

Participation is free of charge and open to the Sciences Po academic community and external participants. However, registration is mandatory. Deadline for registration is December 5th, 2023.
