Explorations: Can the subaltern speak?

As part of the U-TurnS project, we are pleased to launch the “Explorations” series — an initiative that invites participants to read or revisit key texts and engage with ideas that have shaped and continue to shape critical thought and epistemological pluralism.

For our first session, Aditya Sharma and Professor Vincent Forray will be in conversation around a foundational essay by Gayatri Chakravorty Spivak, “Can the Subaltern Speak?”.
