Pondering on the utility of international law nowadays? Whether you remain skeptical or are a fervent advocate of public and private international law this conference is for you. 

Professors Fabien Gélinas, McGill University, Ludovica Chiussi Curzi, University of Bologna, Jean d’Aspremont and Alain Pottage, Sciences Po Law School, will be invited to each give their take in 10 minutes tops on the tools one must detain to address the critical theory of international law in litigation. 

You will then be invited to react and share your views on the answers provided and to ask any questions you may have concerning international law.
