Adriana Braghetta, renowned practitioner and expert in arbitration, will deliver the seminar that will address the economic globalization and the internationalization of disputes versus constitutional rights and attempts to preserve sovereignty.
Adriana Braghetta, Doctorate from the University of Sa o Paulo (USP) School of Law, where she earned her master's and bachelor's degrees. She has a specialization in Economy and Business Law from FGV-Fundaça o Getulio Vargas. She is a member of the ICCA (International Council for Commercial Arbitration) Advisory Board, where she also acted as Vice-President during the 2014-2017 term and member of the Governing Board from 2012-2023. Member of the the ILA Arbitration Committee of which he was director of the Brazilian Branch from 2009-2013. She was President of the Brazilian Arbitration Committee-CBAr during the 2009-2013 term, of which he is currently a member of the Advisory Board. Member of the Deliberative Council of CAM-CCBC and member of the Thematic Council of CMA CIESP/FIESP, among others. Professor at FGV Law on arbitration and international contracts, among other academic activities. In 2013, she served as a member of the Jurists' Commission invited by the Federal Senate for the revision of the Brazilian Arbitration Law. She has written several academic articles and is the author of the book "The Importance of the Arbitration Seat: a view from Brazil", published by Renovar in 2010.
