Raphaële Xenidis

Assistant Professor en Droit européen

Les recherches actuelles de Raphaële portent sur le droit européen de la discrimination et de l'égalité. Dans le cadre de sa thèse de doctorat, elle a travaillé sur les questions d'intersectionnalité et de discrimination intersectionnelle. Son projet de recherche postdoctoral, mené dans le cadre d’une bourse Marie Curie, se penche sur les problèmes de discrimination algorithmique, de biais dans les systèmes de décision automatisés et d'inégalité résultant de l’usage des données numériques.

Raphaële a une formation en droit et en sciences politiques. Elle est titulaire d'un doctorat en droit de l'Institut Universitaire Européen. Elle a obtenu son master en sciences politiques à Sciences Po Lille en France, à la Westfälische Wilhelms-Universität en Allemagne et à SAIS Europe, Johns Hopkins University en Italie, ainsi qu'un LL.M. en droit comparé, européen et international à l'Institut Universitaire Européen. Raphaële a également été chercheuse invitée 'Fulbright-Schuman' à la Columbia Law School à New York.

Avant de rejoindre Sciences Po, Raphaële était permanent lecturer en droit européen à l’École de Droit de l'Université d'Edimbourg, chercheuse postdoctorale à Utrecht Law School et membre de l'équipe de coordination du Réseau européen des experts juridiques en matière d'égalité des sexes et de non-discrimination. Raphaële est également Global Research Fellow à iCourts à l'Université de Copenhague.
