The obligation to create corporate anti-corruption programs in the French and American legal systems

December 9th is International Anti-Corruption Day. Sciences Po is aware of the importance of this topic and wants to draw attention to this day with a series of initiatives.

Three anti-corruption experts will present the differences between the American and the French legal systems to fight against corruption in business:

• Matthew C. Stephenson, professor at the Harvard Law School
• Eric Russo, attorney, previously prosecutor at the Parquet National Financier
• Valentina Lana, compliance manager, lecturer at Sciences Po, attorney, Marshall Memorial Fellow
