Highlights of the Welcome Week

Information meetings about your Master's degree at the School of Public Affairs
These information meetings will be led by the school's academic advisors (information on the progress and major stages of your studies, your academic support, presentations of the School's programmes and opportunities, optional and mandatory internships).

Policy Analysis and Policy Evaluation (PAPE)
Two mandatory introductory lectures are offered during the Welcome Week to all our 1st-year students. You must attend the lectures in the language of the Policy Analysis and Policy Evaluation course in which you are enrolled.

Awareness sessions on the fight against sexual and gender-based violence and discrimination (VSS/LCD)
Raising awareness of the fight against sexist and sexual violence and discrimination (VSS/LCD): compulsory for all students.
Two webinars are offered as part of the pre-study programme (via Zoom):

An online module to raise awareness of sexual and gender-based violence and discrimination will complete this introduction (in French and English).
Library Training Session
Please find below an invitation for a “Documentary resources: research methods and practice” training session organised by the Library of Sciences Po, specially dedicated to School of Public Affairs students about how to make the most of the Sciences Po library resources, one of the largest research libraries in Europe. This session will help you save precious time during your studies.
This two-hour practical session aims at:
- Enhancing your use of the catalogue;
- Exploring and maximizing the use of databases (electronic resources);
- Evaluating sources of information.
Bring your own laptop to follow the library training session!
