The Sciences Po Library supports you during this period to offer you the best possible working conditions.

From 7 April to 10 May, 2026, we are putting everything in place so that you can work in the best conditions: 

• Open on Sundays from 9:30 a.m. to 9:30 p.m.
• Extension of spaces subject to reservation
  • The 4th and 5th floors of the Saint-Guillaume Library
  • The silent zone of the Saint-Thomas Library

To respond to your requests for space regulation, staff interventions on reserved and unoccupied spaces:

• You have a package of 6 hours of maximum reservations per day and per user, which can be fragmented
• A place reserved but not actually occupied* for more than 30 minutes is considered free. The staff reserves the right to cancel the reservation not honored under these conditions
• Validate your arrival! (The system checks the location of the smartphone on this occasion). Validation of arrival can be done at reception if necessary, but can no longer be done remotely. If you do not have a smartphone, reception staff will help you with validation

* Determined by the absence of personal belongings or equipment at the reserved place. Reminder: many thefts have already occurred, never leave your belongings unattended (computer, wallet, bag, valuables), the library staff does not monitor your belongings.
