Youssef SOUIDI

Postdoctoral researcher at CNRS and University of Paris Dauphine-PSL

Bio :

Youssef Souidi is a postdoctoral researcher at CNRS and the University of Paris Dauphine-PSL.

His research primarily focuses on educational inequalities. In his doctoral thesis, which he defended in 2022 at the Ecole des Hautes Etudes en Sciences Sociales (EHESS) and the Paris School of Economics, he examines the links between school assignment policies and social segregation in French secondary schools. Part of his dissertation is based on the assessment of experiments aimed at promoting social diversity in French middle schools, a project supported by LIEPP.

As part of his postdoctoral research, he also explores transitions from secondary education to higher education, as well as the impact of the growth of remote work on gender inequalities.
