Research grants awards

Since its creation, students of the Urban School can follow a research track in collaboration with the Sciences Po Research School. In this course, students can do their fieldwork during the fourth semester. The Urban School provides students with scholarships financed by Nexity's sponsorship.

Thanks to this mobility grant program, students in the research program have the opportunity to carry out their fieldwork project and to have access to sources, information and expertise necessary for their work. The mobility grant program is an important initiative to support research and contribute to the production of new knowledge in different fields of study.

The commission met last Thursday, April 27, in the presence of Laurent Fourchard (President), Marcela Alonso Ferreira, Gabriel Feltran and Tommaso Vitale to award 8 scholarships, for a total amount of 11,900 euros, to the following students:

• Eva Bossuyt
• Rocio Calzado
• Nedjma Faci
• Alice Razon
• Katya Suvorov
• Josephine Van Renterghem

The research missions took place in Johannesburg, Chicago, Lagos, Rome, Rennes, the Puy-de-Dôme department, Brighton, and the Dolomites (in Rocca Pietore and Canazei).

The next call for applications will be open in October 2023 to students in the research program of the Urban School of Sciences Po.
