Marilyn Augé
Marilyn Augé is an administrative assistant and works as PA to Florent Parmentier, CEVIPOF’s Secretary-General, with a particular focus on his work with the Fondation nationale des sciences politiques. She is responsible for organising the arrival and integration of new CEVIPOF recruits such as research assistants, visiting researchers and trainees. In that capacity, she organises welcome visits to the Centre, ensures that introductions are made to all team members and that the appropriate set-up is in place.
She also manages the logistics of CEVIPOF office in collaboration with the institute’s Head of Logistics. Her administrative duties include the following: *managing staff leave, *organising travel plans for visiting researchers, handling catering services for in-house events, *designing the layout of the Notes du CEVIPOF, *handling all messages received at info.cevipof@sciencespo.fr. *Finally, she is responsible for the logistical follow-up
