Project description:

With the aim of improving the system for referring RSA recipients to a support service, the Département of Seine-Saint-Denis is experimenting with a system in conjunction with Convergence 93 (a key player in the support of young people in Seine-Saint-Denis) involving the implementation of a diagnosis on a target population of RSA recipients aged between 25 and 30. The aim is to: test an alternative method to algorithmic guidance for RSA recipients; mobilise RSA recipients under the age of 30; increase knowledge of the profiles and support needs of these groups.

The LIEPP has been selected to carry out the evaluation of this experimental scheme. The aim is to analyse the implementation of the "RSA Diagnostic Scheme for 25-30 year olds", i.e. an experiment aimed at 25-30 year olds in receipt of RSA, and its effects on the beneficiaries. To do this, it adopts a multi-faceted approach using mixed methods. Statistical analyses will be used to assess the impact of this experiment on the return to employment of beneficiaries, while qualitative analyses will be used to analyse the processes behind these effects, taking into account in particular the point of view of beneficiaries.
