Mental Health Month: 30 Days to End the Stigma
In April 2025, Paris came together to make mental health an issue that concerns us all. The journey continues: join us from Wednesday, April 1 through Thursday, April 30, 2026, for the second edition of Mental Health Month!
The City of Paris is thus shining a light on a crucial issue: destigmatizing mental health disorders. Too often overlooked or misunderstood, these disorders affect each and every one of us, regardless of age or social background. It is crucial to put an end to prejudice and rethink our perception of mental health disorders.
Organized by the Public Health Department, in collaboration with all local stakeholders working in this field, this Mental Health Month will be an opportunity to speak openly, share experiences, and demonstrate that it is possible to live peacefully with these challenges. Through a series of engaging events—film screenings and discussions, artistic performances, workshops—Paris will become a space for dialogue and awareness-raising.
This month is a call to action for a more inclusive society, where everyone can take care of their mental health without fear of being judged.

Prevention Initiatives at Sciences Po
Since its inception, the Student Health Service (SSE) has been committed to the well-being of all students, a key factor in their success.
With the aim of continuing and strengthening its efforts in health prevention and education, a group of student health liaisons will be formed and trained to:
- Participate in the design, organization, and facilitation of collective health prevention initiatives;
- Serve as a liaison between the SSE and Sciences Po students through communication initiatives.
Throughout the year, they will be active on social media as well as on campus to engage with students during themed workshops.
