Biography
Elias Brugidou is a PhD student in political science at CERI. His work, supervised by Frédéric Ramel, focuses on the construction of the ‘information threat’ as an issue of expertise and security in North America and Europe. He holds degrees in political science and international relations from Sciences Po (M.A. and B.A.).
