Excellent results and international opportunities for graduates of the School of Management and Impact

Every year, Sciences Po conducts an in-depth survey of its recent graduates to measure their employability and gain a better understanding of their transition into the world of work. The 2025 edition, which was carried out among the classes of 2022, 2023 and 2024, revealed a clear trend: graduates of the School of Management and Impact find employment quickly, securing positions that align with their training and benefiting from a range of opportunities.

These results reflect the relevance of the programmes offered, the strength of the Sciences Po network, and graduates' ability to adapt to changes in the contemporary world.

High and stable integration rates

In a climate where the economy is uncertain, our results show the strength of our graduates' professional integration.

9 out of 10 graduates who chose to enter the job market are currently employed and among them, 97% find their first job in less than 6 months, and 65% before graduating.

The diversity of career opportunities and employment sectors explains the significant differences between the different business sectors. Eighteen months after graduation, the average gross annual salary (including bonuses) for all School of Management and Impact graduates is €54,846 in France and €59,883 abroad.

Diversity of career opportunities

Internships and apprenticeships provide the main route into employment: 47% of graduates find their first job through an internship or apprenticeship.
Professional social networks are also becoming increasingly important.
Competitive examinations and spontaneous applications remain valuable alternatives.

Graduates find opportunities across various sectors. 88,8% work in the private sector, 6,6% in the public sector, 3.6% in international organisations and 3% within NGOs or associations (ADP, Banijay, BNP Paribas, Chanel, EY, L'Oréal, OCDE, Rothschild & Co, Schneider Electric…).

Our students find employment in a wide range of sectors in France and abroad (consulting, banking, communications, industry). 85% of graduates consider their job to be in line with their level of qualification, and 82% consider it to be in line with their academic discipline.
