Niels de Fraguier is a young leader, entrepreneur and author dedicated to empowering individuals and creating a just and regenerative world. With extensive experience in the fields of individual empowerment, social innovation and impact, he has led several initiatives aimed at supporting vulnerable communities around the world. Niels is involved in numerous initiatives related to human potential, impactful corporate governance and strategic foresight. Recognised as a young leader by international organisations such as the International Olympic Committee and the Council of Europe, he is the co-founder of several initiatives including Positive and Corporate ReGeneration International. He is the Secretary-General of Veolia's Future Generations Council.

The lunch will focus on regenerative business, highlighting the importance of a conscious revolution. We will discuss the need to reinvent leadership and the virtuous business models that embody this transformation.
