Social and Employment Policies in the French Presidential Election: Issues, Challenges and Positions

After a mandate of reforms (adopted or aborted), France is still confronted with many social issues: aging, new social risks for young, lone parents, children, precariousness, long term unemployment… What are the challenges and potential for reforms? What are the main cleavages structuring the political debates during the electoral campaign?
