Micaela Musacchio Strigone is a PhD Candidate at the School of International Studies, University of Trento, Italy. Her doctoral research project aims at investigating the relationships between far-right parties and movements in Europe in times of crisis. She holds an MA in Diplomatic Studies from the University of Siena, Italy, and an MA in Terrorism, Security, and Society from King’s College London.

Research pursued at the CEE

Micaela Musacchio Strigone' research project investigates the relationships between far-right parties and movements and how these have changed in times of crisis. The research will analyse how these actors influence each other’s discourses, actions, and whether and to what extent they share members. During her stay at the CEE she intends to focus on the French case, analysing the relationships between the Rassemblement National and Bloc Identitaire.
