[REPLAY] 2019 Annual Conference on Digital Sovereignty

On November 20, 2019, the Chair Digital, Governance and Sovereignty held its annual conference hosted by the Sciences Po Paris School of Public Affairs. Sopra Steria joined the Chair as its principal sponsor and Frédéric Mion, Sciences Po director, joined co-chairs Florence G’Sell and Yann Algan to unveil, after two years of existence, the new research orientations of the Chair.

We invite you to discover the Chair and its new research priorities presented by Frédéric Mion, Director of Sciences Po, Florence G’Sell, Professor of Law at the Université de Lorraine, Laurent Giovachini, Deputy General Director at Sopra Steria, as well as Joffrey Célestin-Urbain, Head of the Strategic Information and Economic Security Service (SISSE) at the French Ministry of the Economy and Finance.

This presentation is completed by some of the highlights of the two roundtables organized for the occasion, featuring French representative Raphaël Gauvain, former President of the Council of Ministers of Italy and dean of the Paris School of International Affairs, Sciences Po, Enrico Letta, French senator Gérard Longuet, French senator and president of the Senate’s commission of inquiry on digital sovereignty, and Amélie Oudéa-Castera, E-commerce, data, and digital transformation Executive Director at Groupe Carrefour.
