The winners of the LIEPP 2026 research support programmes
LIEPP is pleased to announce the results of several calls for applications aimed at supporting and promoting doctoral research in evaluation carried out at various centres within Sciences Po and Université Paris Cité. As part of this initiative, three PhD students, selected for the scientific quality and evaluative merit of their projects, will join the LIEPP at the start of the 2026 academic year:
- Émile Belin-Bourgogne (Department of Economics, Sciences Po). Discipline: economics. Topic: Impact of the EU-ETS Indirect Cost Compensation Measure: Evidence from French Manufacturing Plants.
- Francesco Barila-Ciocca (LCSP, Université Paris Cité). Discipline: sociology. Topic: Unfinished equality: thirty years of European Union LGBTQI+ policies between stabilisation and ‘homo-statism’ (1997–2025).
- Juliette Schlegel (LADYSS, Université Paris Cité). Discipline: economics. Topic: The relational evaluation of public policies: three essays in the political economy of development.
LIEPP also extends a warm welcome to the 2026–2027 cohort of its Young Researchers’ Programme (PJR), comprising Floriane Labarussiat, Eulalie Saïsset, Lorenz Kipp, Coline Giard, Eva Stahl, Fan Chen, Nesta Kaba, Camille Voisin, Caroline Leroux and Alice Deza.
