Biography

Morgan Ubeda is a Research Scientist at INRAE, specializing in urban and transport economics.

He defended his PhD in 2021 at the University of Lyon 2, with a thesis titled "Local Public Policies and Spatial Income Inequalities," under the supervision of Pierre-Philippe Combes and Sonia Paty. After a postdoctoral fellowship at LIEPP under the direction of Guillaume Chapelle, he joined INRAE in September 2022.

His current research focuses on the welfare and redistributive effects of of urban transport and land use policies.
