Biography
After earning a master’s degree in Economic and Social Studies at Paris 1, I have the opportunity to continue my research on income tax expenditures—which I began in my master’s thesis—as part of a doctoral dissertation at Paris 1 under the supervision of C. Carbonnier and M. Zemmour, funded by COFRA at the Council on Compulsory Levies. The main objective of my dissertation is to examine the behavioral effects resulting from tax expenditures—particularly tax reductions and tax credits—as well as from the reforms that have been implemented.
