Patrick Le Bihan
Patrick Le Bihan is assistant professor of political science at Sciences Po, CEVIPOF. After a French-German dual degree in social sciences from Sciences Po and the Free University Berlin, he received his PhD in political science from New York University. Prior to joining SciencesPo, he was research fellow at the Institute for Advanced Study in Toulouse. In his research, he studies how various political institutions affect the ability of the electorate to hold elected officials accountable and how the functioning of these institutions ultimately rests on the incentives provided by elections.
