Ethical issues run through every stage of the research process, from the choice of research topic and methodology to dissemination and media engagement. What constitutes sensitive data? How can research participants be protected? What information can be made public in the media? This session, dedicated to research ethics and its relationship with the media sphere, will draw on the experiences and advice of Étienne Dignat, PhD (CERI) and advisor to the Director-General of UNESCO; and Thomas Fraise, PhD (CERI) and postdoctoral researcher in the Department of Political Science at the University of Copenhagen.
Speakers: Étienne Dignat, Thomas Fraise & Iris Lambert (PhD candidate at CERI and journalist)
Responsable scientifique : Joel Ansah, Manon Deguet, Eric Repetto (CERI-Sciences Po / CNRS)
