Biography

Siham Beddoubia is a political scientist and associate professor in political science at the University of Oran2 in Algeria. She defended her PhD thesis on the autonomous trade union movement in Algeria. Her work focuses on social movements in Algeria. In the past, Siham Beddoubia has participated in several research projects (ERC Tarica, ERC Dream, The management of social crises in Algeria (CRASC)). She is particularly interested in the political sociology of actors and protest movements, the trajectories activists and repertoires of action.
