Mark Corcoral is a PhD candidate at the Centre for International Studies (CERI) at Sciences Po, in association with the Institute for Strategic Research (IRSEM) in Paris. His research focuses on cyber security policy. His Master’s dissertation on the US declaratory policy of publicly attributing cyber-attacks earned him the “Bastien Irondelle Prize” awarded by the French Association on Warfare and Strategic Studies (AEGES), the “Junior Researcher Prize” awarded by the French Center for Research in Intelligence (CF2R), and the “Scientific Prize” awarded by the French Institute of Advanced Studies in National Defence (IHEDN).
