Bilal Hassan is a PhD student at Centre for European Studies and Comparative Politics, Sciences Po, Paris. Here, using a mixed-method approach, he intends to examine how procedural and functional sources of trust in government contribute towards quality of democracies in Europe.
Prior to Sciences Po, he earned his MA in Comparative Politics and Public Policy from the University of Montpellier, France and Master in Public Administration from Quaid-i-Azam University, Islamabad, Pakistan. Also, he has taught courses on public administration at Government College University, Faisalabad, Pakistan before arriving in France.
