The business incubator and Sciences Po Entrepreneurs

Support innovation and entrepreneurship

Share/Bookmark Share

Promoting and developing innovative and original projects is one of Sciences Po's core educational objectives. By becoming a partner to Sciences Po Entrepreneurs, you can support innovation and the spirit of enterprise at Sciences Po, and enjoy close contact with the students presenting the most promising entrepreneurial projects.

How it works

In January 2008, Sciences Po rolled out a system to encourage and support creation of start-ups by students and recent graduates.

This ambitious programme includes an academic component, with classes in introduction to entrepreneurship and construction of a business plan, and personalised support for developing projects.

The most promising projects are presented to a selection jury for admittance to the business incubator, and if chosen will benefit for one year from technical, logistical and financial support from Sciences Po.

An original approach

This initiative is not simply an "entrepreneurship" concentration. Sciences Po Entrepreneurs offers all students and recent graduates, whatever the course in which they are enrolled, a special track allowing them to bring their project into being.

The Sciences Po business incubator is the first structure of its type attached to an institution of higher learning in the field of the humanities and social sciences, which further enhances the interest and diversity of the start-ups created.
