We are more and more aware that our food system is in need of a deep reboot. But how do you create a general movement around something that is at the same time to universal yet so intimate ? Healing our world through the reshape of our food system will require at least three elements :

Culture : a common understanding of the system with all its externalities, an agreement on its definition and its opportunities, to create a common goal

Individual engagement : a will from the majority of each and every one of us to try and engage through pleasure and experience with a renewed food system, in order for individuals to make it their own

Collective intelligence : a dynamic to address and solve together the main problematics presented by our food system and its potential  realizations

For one hour, let’s try to initiate that movement.

First, we will conduct a quick review of our food system, assessing its limits and current externalities, to get an overview of the role it plays in the climate and nature crisis, hence highlighting its potential as a solution.

Then, we will discover the main problematics at the heart of the transformation of our food system, through a dynamic buffet where both body and mind will be fed.

Finally, we will address together some of the problematics that resonated the most during the buffet tasting.

By blending science, data and research with experience and human intelligence, we will evaluate whether or not we can try to heal - part of - our world through F&B.
